GSA 2023 Registration
The GSA 2023 Annual Scientific Meeting will be held in the Tampa Convention Center from November 8-12, 2023. This premier in-person event will allow diverse scholars from the U.S. and around the world to learn, network and engage with each other. GSA is very proud to bring together members, speakers, and attendees to participate in this anticipated gathering of the latest, cutting-edge aging scholarship. Update Your Registration - If you have already registered and need to provide additional updates to your record or add other events, please login to the GSA Dashboard (at the top right of webpage), select View/Edit My Registration then select edit to make your changes.
Payment Method - Registration online or onsite in Tampa, FL must be completed with a credit card only. No purchase order, cash or billing accepted.
Registration Refunds – A request for a valid refund, per below, must be sent in writing to accounts.payable@geron.org. Cancellation requests for a full refund for the meeting must be received by October 1, 2023.
Cancellation requests received by October 15, 2023, will be refunded minus a 25% nonrefundable cancellation fee. After October 15, 2023, no refunds will be issued for any reason. Refund requests for the cancellation fee will not be considered regardless of the registration category, amount paid, or when requested. No-shows to the GSA 2023 meeting will not be refunded regardless of the reason, including conflicts that arise with a registrant's schedule, (e.g., late arrivals or early departures) does not constitute a reason for a full or partial refund. A submitted online registration serves as acknowledgement, acceptance, and agreement of this cancellation policy. All cancellation requests will be processed within 15 business days of receipt and back on the original form of payment.
