Policies Regarding Children in Exhibit Hall and Sessions
Children under the age of 18 are only allowed in the Exhibit Hall when accompanied by a parent or guardian. Out of respect for our exhibitors, poster presenters, and attendees we ask a parent or guardian to closely monitor any disruption in the exhibit hall. Because of the professional nature of the presentations given in our scientific programs, children should not be in the session rooms to avoid potential interruption to a presentation. The family care room is available as a service to accommodate those giving or attending presentations.
Badges Needed for Children and Non-GSA Registered Caregivers
Children and any non-GSA registered caregivers must report to the registration area to pick up a badge that will allow them entry into GSA space within the Tampa Convention Center.
