  1. Momentum Discussion Program | $35,000
    Momentum Discussions are 60-minute sponsored panel discussions with 3-4 panelists and one moderator. These discussions are on topics gaining great momentum in the field of gerontology. Momentum Discussions also include either a webinar or podcast recorded after the Annual Scientific Meeting that is available to all users. GSA coordinates the program. Sponsor one of these discussions to support these ground breaking conversations!
  2. President’s Opening Plenary Session Sponsor | $40,000 Sold!
    Represent your organization during this two-hour plenary session on November 9th. This sponsor will provide a 5-minute welcome message to over 3,000 attendees at the 2023 GSA Annual Scientific Meeting. The program includes comments from the current GSA President who also presents the GSA's three main Society awards.
  3. Welcome Reception & Exhibit Hall Opening Sponsor | $30,000 
    This package includes an onstage introduction of the band, napkins with logo, business card collection via raffle, and banner at the band location. Marketing incentives include (1) mobile app push notification on the day of the event and linked logos on the program website and mobile app.
  4. Industry-Supported Symposium | $18,500
    An industry-supported symposium is a live educational program developed, facilitated, and supported by another organization and appended to the GSA Annual Scientific Meeting. Such symposia are not GSA activities and, therefore, are not sponsored or co-sponsored by GSA; however, these events must be preapproved by GSA. In addition to the educational program, sponsors are required to provide a meal (breakfast or dinner) to attendees. Industry-supported symposia are scheduled during the following times: Thursday, November 9 | 6:30 AM – 8:00 AM, Thursday, November 9 | 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM, Friday, November 10 | 6:30 AM – 8:00 AM, and Friday, November 10 | 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM.
  5. Exhibit Hall Spotlight Refreshment Break Sponsor | $10,000
    Each day of the exhibit hall we will treat attendees to coffee and snacks. With your sponsorship we'll include local signage, napkins with your logo, and business card collection via raffle.
